Just Australia is an Italian agency based in Melbourne and Milan, specializing in visas, assistance, consultancy and study courses, for those who want to find their way on the other side of the world.

The Just Australia team is made up of professionals who have experienced first-hand what it means to give up everything and move 16,000 kilometers away from home to learn English and plant roots down under.

Request

Just Australia contacted Nama for the redesign of their website and catalogue, to better communicate their offer and optimize cross-selling opportunities. The site was already on Shopify, but needed 360° optimization to improve user experience and increase AOV. Also, the design did not fully reflect the level of their offering.

They were therefore looking for a partner with solid technical and strategic knowledge, who would proactively guide their industry knowledge.

Our solution

Nama supported Just Australia by analyzing the sales processes of its products in order to optimize management and communication. We then evaluated the entire app ecosystem to establish the best ones to use in line with the needs of the store. Finally, we worked on the design and UX to offer a new visual to the site, also reorganizing the product catalogue, to offer users the best browsing experience.
