Freelance - Part-time ~20h/week - Fully remote

This role is a great fit if:

• you’ve already interned or worked with digital agencies, startups, or e-commerce brands
• you love organizing, summarizing, and keeping track of things: recaps, checklists, and to-dos are your love language
• you’re comfortable reading technical documentation in English and using tools or app support in English, but fluent in Italian 
• you feel at ease with tools like ClickUp, Trello, Figma, CMSs, and other digital platforms
• you’re detail-oriented, curious, proactive and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment

What you’ll do (with our support and training):

• take notes and prepare follow-ups after internal or client meetings
• help organize tasks in our project management tools
• support documentation (manuals, checklists, guidelines)
• upload content and copy into Shopify (after training)
• communicate clearly and proactively with clients and developers to ensure progress
• over time, manage small projects independently

Nice to have

• interest in Shopify or the e-commerce industry
• basic familiarity with design tools like Figma

• Compensation: €100/day (gross), about 10 days/month
